Guarantees - We provide our own 10 year no quibble written guarantee regarding leaks and drafts and for additional peace of mind we also give an insurance backed guarantee for that period from the CPA (Consumer Protection Association, our Reg. No. 1980). All locks, hinges, handles and any other hardware carry the manufacturers guarantee. All aluminium finish, white, brown, black , silver carry the extruders guarantee of 10 years. All white , woodgrain , rosewood , light oak uPVC finish carry the extruders guarantee of 10 years. All double glazed sealed units ( FENSA compliant ) carry the manufacturers guarantee. All of the above guarantees start from the date of invoice. The installation is covered for leaks and draughts for a period of 10 years subject to them not being a result of broken locks, hinges, handles either out of guarantee or misuse or abuse of the said items. This guarantee does not cover the breakage of glass (by others) after the installation has been carried out. Any issues not covered in the above guarantee are dealt with in the terms and conditions of contract. Fitting Staff - All of our fitting staff have worked for us for many years with proven ability and craftsmanship to carry out all installations with the minimum of fuss and mess. Surveyor - We have our own full time surveyor who was trained in the Everest academy and worked there for many years, and we are pleased to have him on our staff. After Sales Service - We have our own fully qualified service engineer who has been with the company for many years to attend to service calls efficiently and quickly. Quality Promise - All of our products comply with the relevant British Standard requirements and in most cases far exceed these requirements. We have a price promise to match any like for like quote with regard to Bi-folds, Windows, Doors, Soffit, Fascia and Guttering.
